To ensure the system files didn't corrupt, I decided to run command dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth following by sfc /scannow. So after restart my computer, back to windows 10, I immediately open the document using word 20 and the error go away. So, I decided to restart my computer to another OS, copy all the font files from windows installation disc image (install. So, after some searching on the internet, some user on the other forum also has this near similar problem, they say the font corrupt/missing may cause this error to pop up. Sorry for late reply, after doing some troubleshooting, it has seem that this problem is not office installation fault.īecause I thought downgrade to 32 bit office will solve my problem since the other one computer available at the site was running word 2010 32 bit and didn't show up this problem when opening my document.īut the stagiest thing is that when is reinstall office 2016 2010 as 32 bit on my computer, the problem still did not go away. I can provide the said document file if requested.
The document will not print when this error occur. Trying to open the same file again, then this problem will occur again.
If open word 2016 without opening a file, this problem did not occur. Removed the file "Normal.dotm" in %APPDATA% / Microsoft / Templatesīut did not solve the problem, the problem still exist.The document was previously edited on word 2016 32 bit about 2~3 month ago that was before this computer was formatted. The document seem not corrupt since trying to open the same document on other computer that are using office 2010 32 bit running on windows 7 圆4 did not show up this error. It happen only when I try to open some of the previously created word document.

It happen on both word 2010 64bit and word 2016 64 bit on my computer. The windows partition is (100/200GB) used.
It is a newly reformatted hp notebook running on windows 10 圆4.
